Juvenile.... Yes, he was the one, then.....

Ohh , why do they react so much? It was just a bad day... 

He did not commit crime ... it just happened ... after all he was just a Juvenile .... 

Moreover ...it was her crime ... has always been hers..... being a girl is a big crime in itself,isn't it!!! and she was a professional ... Ahh! ...that's evil in fact.... don't they understand this?.... and he ... he was just a juvenile.... 

she was wearing ethnic suit and she was looking stunning.... cherry on the top ... she was travelling at late hours.... She thought that she is safe in public vehicle.... how stupid of her.... she needed punishment for such a foolishness ...isn't it? and this juvenile just made sure that she was punished enough.... 

He thought she was just another "thing" to be used... so what ...he was just a juvenile....

She tried to be reluctant and she tried to honor herself.... how dare she? She should have surrendered and he would have raped her and left her alive .... He was a juvenile after all....

But no, she rebelled , she tried to save herself.... she tried to oppose.... Such a bad lady she was.... she fought for her existence ... and then, he left with no other option .... she had to be punished....

So this loving juvenile made sure that she was stripped ... and she was beaten after she was raped.... he made sure that every ounce of her uterus and every drop of her blood came out of her body .... and she was made to pay the cost of being what she was.... she was left thrown to suffer... her only supporter was also beaten for he tried to help her..... but you know, nobody should curse him.... he was just a juvenile and did not know any other way to punish them ......

But then demography out here is bad.... they made the system put him behind the bars.... how could they.... he was just a juvenile.... but now see, by god's(or system's?) grace... he would be set free soon... he would be helped by our system for his better and serene future.... and may be he would now punish some other girl for her crime of being a girl ....  

They should be thankful and grateful to the system which sets him free ....why do they react so much..... after all he was just a juvenile then....

No ... don't try to relate it to any ONE incidence.... it has been happening here for years together ....and I need help to understand something.....

 I am a little confused as to what did I learn for so many years.... My vocabulary is too bad I discovered..... I never knew that "juvenility" and "lesions" are synonyms .... I never knew that morbidity is part and parcel of "not being a grown up and adult by law" ..... 

Coz .. you know ... I can't call myself descendant of people like Shivaji maharaj and Maharana Pratap.... who were ready to die in the name of Honor of every citizen and a criminal was a bloody criminal for them.... age, gender, caste .... no bar..... 

Will somebody help me and lemme know ... whom to call JUVENILE..... and what kind of acts are not considered to be crime if done by this loving juvenile ?????????????
